He and his assistant drove us across the city to a private clinic, helped us see the right specialist, assisted in purchasing the necessary medications, and brought us back to the hotel. He even translated the medication instructions into Russian for us. Furthermore, he arranged the insurance claim, handling everything with great care, respect, and absolutely free of charge!
